As the first point of contact, you will manage reception duties and provide administrative support to the branch office.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls
  2. Manage meeting schedules and appointment bookings
  3. Organize and maintain client files and office documents
  4. Provide basic information about services to walk-ins
  5. Support internal teams with clerical and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or relevant certification
  2. Previous experience in administrative/front desk roles
  3. Excellent communication in Italian
  4. Proficient with MS Office tools
